About Scott
In one capacity or another, Scott has been helping others reach their potential and improve their lives throughout his career. From his years as an Emergency Medicine attending physician in a trauma center, a director of numerous departments and teams in the nonprofit world, and his current role as a business owner and executive coach, he’s developed a unique set of diagnostic and development skills to help executives and leaders to leverage their strengths and talents toward maximal fulfillment and impact.
Scott lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with September, his wife and best friend of 35 years. They raised five kids and are now empty nesters, enjoying the spoils of being grandparents.
