It should be normal to love your work.

And healthy relationships are key.

I offer interactive workshops and didactic teaching sessions that can equip you and your team to build great relationships—with each other, with volunteers, and with your customers.

The most effective executive and staff teams know how to have conversations that are both kind and courageous. In a culture of candor and safety, teams:

  • Face challenges head-on, together.

  • Align to the same vision.

  • Have each other’s backs.

  • Find working together fulfilling. And each person is better for it.

  • Collaborate and innovate—and production soars.

Conversely, struggling teams kill momentum, sap production, disappoint customers, and cost countless HR hours. They ultimately lead to the loss of your best people.

I bring two decades of experience in leading and equipping teams that thrive. I’ve developed road-tested tools and trainings that equip your people to build better relationships and bring their best selves to your mission.

Speaking

I speak to groups large (10,000+) or small (25-ish) throughout the US. My teaching style is highly visual and high-challenge, engaging and equipping your audience to make practical, lasting changes in their lives—and bring their best selves to your organization.

Training

For new concepts to stick, people must not only understand the ideas; they must feel inspired and equipped to apply them to their lives. My trainings include plenty of real-life examples and commonly encountered situations to help listeners put concepts into practice. . When the setting allows, my trainings include self-reflection and group conversations, so each person can apply concepts to their real-life situation, team setting, or work environment.
